I bring together what the business needs, what the expert knows, and what the learner can actually use.
I design and build self-paced courses, interactive exercises, and software simulations in Storyline 360 and Rise 360 — from learning objectives through to a SCORM package tested in the LMS. Six years in corporate L&D and international education projects.
I've designed for corporate teams, sales departments, secondary school students, and adults learning on their own. The audience changes; the method doesn't.

What I do
Instructional Design
- Audience and task analysis
- Learning objectives and course structure
- Scenarios, exercises, and reflection prompts
- Assessment design
- Working with subject-matter experts to turn their knowledge into structured modules
eLearning Development
- Storyline 360 — layers, triggers, variables, and navigation logic
- Rise 360 — self-paced course design
- Screen architecture and visual design
- Quizzes, simulations, and interactive exercises
- SCORM packaging, LMS publishing, and final QA
- Media selection, editing, and subtitling
- I also review existing courses and materials — structure, engagement, and alignment with objectives — and recommend what to change.
How I work
- Analysis. I start with the audience, the task they need to perform, and the real-world constraints — platform, timeline, source material, and language.
- Structure. Learning and business objectives come first, followed by the outline and assessment logic. If a screen doesn’t serve an objective, it doesn’t get built.
- Storyboard. Screens, interactions, and branching logic are decided on paper before anything is assembled. This is where most rework is prevented.
